What we collect

Information you submit through our forms — name, email, phone, property address, property details and service notes. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider. If you sign in to the client portal, your email address and session data.

How we use it

To review your property, respond to your request, schedule and perform services, maintain your service records, invoice, and communicate with you about your jobs. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate the site and our scheduling systems, and as required by law.

SMS / text messaging — Privacy Statement

If you opt in — on our SMS opt-in page or by checking the SMS consent box on a service request form — WashGrid LLC will send you text messages about your service requests: appointment confirmations, arrival alerts, job status updates and service reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

What we collect: your mobile phone number, the date and source of your consent, and message delivery records. How it is used: solely to send you the service-related messages described above and to honor your opt-out.

Mobile phone contact information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data will not be shared or sold to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How to opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, reply HELP for help, or email support@washgridhq.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Aerial imagery

Site imagery is captured only with authorization, audio is disabled by default, and media is stored with time-limited access. Nothing is published without written client approval.

Retention & your choices

Service records are retained for as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to legal@washgridhq.com. For general questions, contact support@washgridhq.com.
