Roof cleaning that keeps people off your roof.

Central Florida humidity feeds the algae that streaks shingle and tile black. We treat it with low-pressure soft washing, applied from above wherever the method allows — no unnecessary foot traffic on the surface.

The black streaking on Central Florida roofs is organic growth, not dirt. Blasting it with pressure takes granules off shingle, cracks tile and can affect roofing warranties. Soft washing treats the growth at the root with low-pressure application, which is why it is the method roofing manufacturers point to.

Tile is its own discipline. Barrel and flat tile crack under foot traffic and improper pressure, and Central Florida has more tile than almost any market in the country. Our tile-specific method keeps pressure low and keeps people off the surface wherever the aerial system can do the work — and where hands-on work is genuinely required, we say so in the plan and document the roof's condition first.

Every roof job starts with a condition record — existing damage, slipped tiles, exposed fasteners — captured before any work begins. You get that record, the before-and-after evidence, and a written closeout report. Nothing is disputed afterwards because everything is documented beforehand.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does someone walk on my roof?

For most elevated work, no. The aerial system applies cleaning solution from above and the crew stays on the ground. Where a surface genuinely requires hands-on work, the plan says so before we start, and the roof's condition is documented first.

Will cleaning void my roofing warranty?

Improper cleaning can — high pressure and foot traffic are the usual culprits, particularly on tile. That is exactly why we use low-pressure, tile-specific methods and document surface condition before work begins. Bring your warranty terms to the assessment and the plan will respect them.

How often should a Central Florida roof be cleaned?

Growth returns on a broadly predictable schedule driven by humidity, rain and shade, and it varies by property. A recurring plan timed to your property's exposure keeps the roof ahead of regrowth; the assessment sets the interval.
