The website
washgridhq.com is operated by Acrevest, LLC. Site content describes our services generally; it is not a quote. All work is priced by written, property-specific proposal after assessment, and only a signed proposal creates a service agreement.
Assessments & scheduling
Submitting an assessment request is not a booking. Service dates are confirmed in writing, and exterior work is weather-dependent — jobs may be rescheduled for conditions that make safe, correct work impossible.
Illustrative imagery
Before-and-after comparison imagery on this site that is labeled “simulated for method demonstration” is illustrative and is not photography from a WashGrid job. Real project evidence is published only with written client approval.
Client portal
Portal access is provided for managing your own requests, quotes and service records. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to sign in.
Limitation
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by Florida law, Acrevest, LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself. Service work is governed by the terms of your signed proposal, including its insurance and warranty provisions.
