SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description
WashGrid LLC(“WashGrid”) offers an SMS text messaging program for clients and prospective clients who opt in. The program sends conversational, service-related messages: appointment confirmations, crew arrival alerts, job status updates, service reminders, quote follow-ups and responses to your inquiries.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity — typically a few messages surrounding each service request, visit or inquiry. You will not receive recurring marketing blasts under this program.
3. Fees
Message and data rates may applyaccording to your mobile carrier plan. WashGrid does not charge for SMS; your carrier's standard rates apply to messages sent and received.
4. Opting out (STOP)
Text STOP to any message from WashGrid to cancel and unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, opt in again at washgridhq.com/sms-opt-in or by checking the SMS consent box on a service request.

6. Consent
Consent to receive text messages is collected on our SMS opt-in page or via the SMS consent checkbox on our service request forms, and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
7. Privacy
Mobile phone contact information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Statement in our Privacy Policy.
8. Support & carriers
