Solar glass wants the gentlest competent method available: deionized water and soft brushes, applied in the right conditions. Detergents leave film, hard water leaves minerals, and abrasion damages coatings — all of which panel manufacturers warn against in their care documentation.
We clean to the panel manufacturer's published care requirements and note them in the plan. What we will not do is promise you a production number — output claims depend on your system, soiling, weather and metering, and we don't publish figures we can't produce a file for. What you get is documented condition: before-and-after imaging of the array with the service report.
Rooftop systems are cleaned with minimal roof traffic — the aerial system and reach equipment do the work wherever possible. Ground arrays are serviced row by row on a schedule that fits your site access.

Will cleaning increase my energy output?
Soiling reduces output and cleaning removes soiling — but we won't promise a percentage. Production depends on your system, weather and metering, and we don't publish numbers we can't substantiate for your installation. Your inverter data before and after will tell you the honest answer.
Is this safe for my panel warranty?
We clean to the manufacturer's published care requirements — deionized water, soft contact, no harsh detergents — and note the method in your service report so you have the record if a warranty question ever comes up.
