How the free assessment works

Requesting an assessment takes about two minutes and starts with just your address.

The steps

1. Submit the form. Property type, address, what needs attention, and how you'd like us to follow up. Photos are optional — never required.
2. We review from the air first. Before anyone calls you, we look at your property using existing aerial imagery to understand roof type, surfaces and access.
3. We follow up your way. A quick call or an email — whichever you chose — to confirm scope and timing. You can also book a remote consult directly on our calendar.
4. Written scope and quote. Everything in writing: which surfaces, which methods, and the price. No pressure tactics, no "sign today" discounts.

What it costs

Nothing. Assessments are free and carry no obligation.

How long it takes

You'll typically hear from us within one business day of submitting. Your request gets a reference number (WG-ORL-…) you can track in the client portal.
