Certificates of insurance

For commercial, HOA and government work we issue a certificate of insurance (COI) directly to your property or management company before work begins. Request it during scheduling — or just tell us your property manager's email and we'll handle it.

What every job includes

• Pre-job condition records of existing surface conditions
• Before-and-after photos by asset
• A written service report listing surfaces, methods and products used
• The recommended next service date

FAA certification

Aerial work is flown by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots with a trained crew on site. Certification documentation is available on request for procurement files.

Email support@washgridhq.com with your reference number (WG-…) and we'll resend any report or certificate.
