How quoting works

Every quote is written and property-specific: which surfaces, which methods, and the price. We quote after reviewing your property — never sight-unseen over the phone — because surface condition and access genuinely change the work.

What the scope includes

The written scope lists each surface and its method (pressure, soft wash, pure water, deionized), so you're comparing real like-for-like if you get other bids. If a surface isn't listed, ask — additions are priced before work starts, never invoiced as surprises.

Payment

Payment is due at completion unless your agreement says otherwise. Commercial and recurring accounts can arrange invoicing terms during scheduling.
