Preparing for your service visit
Very little is required from you, but a few minutes of prep makes the visit smoother.
Before we arrive
- Access — unlock gates or share codes in advance; for communities, we coordinate with your HOA or gate house.
- Windows and doors closed — including garage doors and pet doors.
- Pets inside — for their safety and the crew's, keep pets indoors during the visit.
- Vehicles — move cars off driveways being cleaned, ideally onto the street.
- Fragile items — potted plants, decorations and furniture near work areas: we'll move what we can, but delicate items are safest put away.
What we handle
Plant and landscaping protection, water source connection, containment and cleanup are part of the job — the property should look better than we found it in every way.
During the visit
You don't need to be home for most exterior work as long as access is arranged. The crew lead will message you at the start and finish of the visit.
Weather
Aerial work stands down in unsuitable conditions. If weather forces a reschedule, we contact you as early as possible and rebook at your convenience — see our weather policy in rescheduling and weather.
